Information from others. If you leave a public review about us on Google, we may display that review on the Website.

Our Website uses the WP Mail SMTP plugin connected to our own Google account through the Gmail API. This connection is used only to send emails from our Website, such as contact form notifications to our team and confirmation emails to customers who submit a form.

  • The connection is authorised only by Emerald for Emerald’s own business email account. Website visitors are never asked to sign in with Google or grant access to their Google accounts.
  • We use Gmail access solely to send outgoing Website emails. We do not use it to read, analyse, sell or advertise based on email content.
  • We do not share Google user data with third parties, except as needed to send the email (Google delivers the message) or where required by law.
  • Access tokens are stored securely in our WordPress database and are not shared. We can revoke this access at any time from our Google account settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
