Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope:
   Emerald Qatar Trading and Contracting Services (“the Company”) provides cleaning services as agreed upon in the service order. Any changes or additions must be confirmed in writing.

2. Access:
   The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the premises during the scheduled service window. If access is not provided, service fees may still apply.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms:
   All payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue payments may result in service suspension.

5. Liability:
   The Company will exercise reasonable care in providing services, but is not liable for pre-existing damage or for items not excluded from coverage. The client should secure valuables.

6. Complaints and Claims:
   Any complaints or claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will address and, if appropriate, rectify valid issues.

7. Safety:
   For safety, the Company will not move heavy items or clean hazardous materials unless specifically arranged in advance.

8. Termination:
   Either party may end the service agreement with written notice of at least 7 days, subject to settlement of any outstanding fees.

These terms form the official agreement for all cleaning services rendered by Emerald Qatar Trading and Contracting Services.
